As the Growth & Ops Lead at Maayra Emotional Wellness Centre, I focus on creating systems and strategies that support our mission of accessible, trauma-informed mental wellness. My role includes overseeing daily operations across branches, building collaborations with institutions and partners, and managing client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.I also lead our digital outreach and social media initiatives, crafting campaigns that help destigmatize mental health and expand Maayra’s reach. By combining structure with empathy, I work to foster sustainable growth and uphold our commitment to making emotional support available to everyone who needs it.

A trauma informed psychotherapist with 6+ years of experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults. I use a holistic approach and am committed to help people integrate their inner world to bring about a healthy lifestyle. I am adept in a range of therapeutic modalities like Gestalt therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am a trained Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper and grief counsellor.
